Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with applicable legislation, Novetik Studio d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

As a service provider operating in the Republic of Slovenia, Novetik Studio d.o.o. provides an electronic link on its website to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. The platform is available to consumers here: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=EN

This arrangement is based on the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.

The Trader and the Consumer, as parties to electronic commerce, mutually acknowledge the admissibility of electronic communications as evidence in court proceedings. These Terms and Conditions and all disputes between the Trader and the Consumer are governed by Slovenian substantive and procedural law. The rules of private international law that would lead to the application of another legal system shall not apply.

All legal relationships, rights, and obligations not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed, as appropriate, by the provisions of the Slovenian Obligations Code, the Electronic Commerce Market Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
